Dear Andrej

Looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to graduate in your efforts on climate change?

The Climate Project - Australia is now looking for passionate people committed to making a difference on climate change to apply for a place at the Asia-Pacific Summit, to be held in Melbourne, Australia from 11th to 13th July, 2009.

Successful applicants will be drawn from Australasia and the Asia - Pacific to undergo personal training from The Hon Al Gore and other experts on the relevant climate science and solutions needed to solve the climate crisis.

The Climate Project is Al Gore's global climate change leadership program. The Australian chapter is run in partnership with the Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) who will host the Asia-Pacific Summit.

Successful candidates will be trained to deliver a slideshow in conjunction with the skills to inspire change in their networks and communities in this crucial year for climate change culminating with the UNFCCC Copenhagen meeting in December 2009.

After attending the Asia-Pacific Summit, applicants will be asked to commit to voluntarily undertaking and reporting on a minimum of 10 presentations or activities over the next 12 months. You will be required to fund, or find sponsorship, for your own travel and accommodation.

So what are you waiting for? Applications must be made online here and must be received by close at 5pm, Friday May 29th. Candidates will be notified by Friday 6th June.

Good luck!
The team at Who on Earth Cares
