Dates: 9th (way up) 10th (day in Sydney) 11th -13th power shift 14th (way back) = we miss the first two days of school.
Cost: Still unknown depends on our transport and accommodation
Registration: Earlybird registration is just $65 - or $55 if you’re coming with a group. This rises to $90 on June 1st, so get in quick! You can also register your interest in volunteering for Power Shift as part of the registration process.
Well register as a group it will make it cheaper however this will also mean that we are responsible for each other. Technically u could register on your own…….

Accommodation: Somewhere near the Uni if poss of or directly at a major transport line:
Either a backpackers or something else like a scout hall.
Interstate Transport: there and back the cheapest yet the most environmentally friend way, props train.
Local transport: From our accommodation to the uni and from our accommodation to places we want to visit.
Food: How about going vegetarian or even vegan for the time we are there??? What cooking facilities will we have there? Etc

Were considering taking up a relatively small group of around 15 now this may be subjected to change. A small group makes it easier to organize and look after also fundraised money should go a longer way. Also we were considering going up with macrob but they are rethinking as the concert is over 18 apparently. So we are also in contact with MCG and see if we can hitch a ride with them.
Also we haveopend up this event to people out side the EAG but EAG will get prefrence.
