Conference guest speakers letter

Post by Steven Connolly on Tue May 26, 2009 6:25 pm

I typed up a letter to send to Solahart to try and get some workshops/speakers to come along, and here it is if anyone wants to use it:

Hi,
On behalf of the Melbourne High School Environmental Action Group (MHSEAG), I am emailing to inquire if anyone from Solahart would like to run a workshop and possibly give the keynote address at a conference we will be holding at Melbourne High School.
The conference was run last year with great success, and this year it will be focused on “Practical Solutions”. We will be inviting a few hundred secondary students from schools around Victoria to come together to learn about our fragile planet. This year it will be held on August 6th.
We thought you might like to present, to teach the next generation how easily we can combat climate change together.

Sincerely,
MHSEAG
